I am a Part III Mathematics (Master's) student at the University of Cambridge, studying topics from applied mathematics and statistics. I have a bachelor's degree in physics from Durham University.
I spent the summer as a research intern in the Machine Learning for Infection and Disease group at Helmholtz-Zentrum Dresden-Rossendorf (HZDR). HZDR is a constituent of the Helmholtz Association, Germany's largest research organisation. I researched the application of numerical and neural PDE solvers to information retrieval from three-dimensional microscopy. I am continuing this work remotely as a visiting researcher.
My research interests are broad; I am keen to apply theory from mathematics, physics and machine learning to problems spanning disciplines. I am particularly interested in imaging, medical and biological applications.
